What time do you open?
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
How long do I have to wait?
We offer a walk in counter services for small simple projects. For larger projects allow 24 hours and for very large projects one of our staff will advise when your project is estimated or booked in.
How do I need to supply my artwork?
We prefer PDFs as these do not allow for your text/images to move around with different versions of the software.
Are you open at weekends?
Sorry no, our staff may be on site but we are not open to receive work. Staff can send work to the CopyShop by email. This service is not available to students unless paid in advance.
Can I set up an account for my team (Staff and Student Union only)?
Yes, please contact Karen k.chesmain@qmul.ac.uk who will set an account up for you.
Can I get personal printing done at the CopyShop?
Yes, please come and see us or drop us an email.
How can I pay for my printing?
You can pay for printing in a number of ways. We accept cash and cards at the counter. For internal payments we require budget/grant codes. External clients will be invoiced directly via the University.
